Gary Lineker has raved about Liverpool forward Mohamed Salah on Twitter for his goal against Manchester City at Anfield in the Premier League on Sunday evening.
The former Tottenham Hotspur striker and Match of the Day pundit has described Liverpool and Egypt international forward Salah as “great”.
The former Chelsea attacker scored for Liverpool against defending champions City in the 75th minute.
Brazil international goalkeeper Alisson found his Liverpool teammate with a wonderful kick from inside his area.
Salah spun away from Joao Cancelo before beating City goalkeeper when Ederson when one-on-one.
And Lineker was impressed, as you can see below.

Mohamed Salah scored a hat-trick for Liverpool against Rangers in the UEFA Champions League in midweek.
The forward came on as a substitute to bang in a hat-trick against Rangers at Ibrox.
And today he scored a brilliant goal against Manchester City.
Salah’s overall performance against Pep Guardiola’s side was also very good.
Maybe, just maybe, the Egyptian is getting back to his best.
Liverpool will need Salah’s goals in order to be successful in the Premier League and in the UEFA Champions League this season.
