Manchester City have won the Premier League title, while Liverpool have finished second.

Gary Lineker has taken to Twitter to send a message to Liverpool and Manchester City.
The former Tottenham Hotspur and Everton striker has congratulated City on winning the Premier League title for the second season in a row.
Lineker has also hailed Liverpool for giving the Citizens a run for their money and for picking up 97 points with just one defeat this campaign.
Former City star Trevor Sinclair has also praised Liverpool on Twitter for their title challenge this campaign.

On Sunday afternoon, Liverpool won 2-0 against Wolverhampton Wanderers at Anfield in the Premier League, while City came from behind to get the better of Brighton and Hove Albion 4-1 away from home.
Pep Guardiola’s side have finished the season on 98 points, a point clear of second-placed Liverpool.
Liverpool can be proud of what they have achieved this season, but City have been the better team.
The Reds, though, can still win a trophy this season, as Jurgen Klopp’s side will face Premier League rivals Tottenham Hotspur in the final of the Champions League on June 1.
