Former Tottenham striker Lineker was following the match, and he has suggested on Twitter that Mauricio Pochettino’s side should have not been awarded the penalty.
Former Manchester United duo Peter Schmeichel and Phil Neville have also claimed on Twitter that the penalty decision was wrong.

Leicester scored the equaliser just three minutes into the second half through Ahmed Musa.
Over the course of the 90 minutes at White Hart Lane on Saturday afternoon, hosts Tottenham had 64% of the possession, took 22 shots of which only five were on target, and earned eight corners, according to BBC Sport.
Visitors Leicester had 36% of the possession, took six shots of which just one was on target, and earned one corner, according to BBC Sport.
