Tottenham Hotspur’s Harry Kane enjoyed another stunning night, as he hit a hat-trick in tonight’s 3-0 Champions League win over APOEL Nicosia.
Spurs travelled to Cyprus in search of another Champions League win having won their opening game of the group stage with a 3-1 home victory over Borussia Dortmund two weeks ago.

It was far from a vintage Spurs performance against APOEL, and they so nearly conceded on a couple of occasions in the first half, but Harry Kane did give Tottenham a 1-0 lead in the first half, running clear of the defence to slide home the opener.
Kane then made it 2-0 after the break, stroking home a right-footed effort from the edge of the box, before heading home a third to complete his hat-trick.
Not only did Kane complete his hat-trick, but it was a ‘perfect’ hat-trick, as he scored with his left foot, right foot and with his head, taking home the match ball after a stunning display.

That is Kane’s sixth hat-trick of 2017 and his ninth goal in his last five games, and he unsurprisingly earned huge praise on Twitter from ex-Spurs players.
Ex-Tottenham striker Gary Lineker was stunned to hear that it was Kane’s sixth hat-trick of the calendar year, hailing him for his goalscoring exploits.
Graham Roberts and Ray Clemence also followed suit, sending messages to the Spurs ace after three more goals, having made it five goals in just two Champions League displays this term.
