Gary Cahill has labelled Aston Villa transfer target and Real Madrid star Eden Hazard as ‘unplayable’ and the best player he has played with after the former Chelsea centre-back’s retirement.
From that youngster that scored that incredible bicycle kick in Aston Villa colours against Birmingham City to the experienced pro that lifted the Champions League in Chelsea colours.
It has been some career for the 36-year-old, who has ended his near-20-year career, with two Premier League titles and numerous domestic trophies to his name.

During Cahill’s days at Stamford Bridge, he would have played with some superstar names, none other than Real Madrid’s currently struggling star, Eden Hazard.
Whilst life has been difficult for the Belgium international in La Liga, with injuries not helping, Cahill dropped the 31-year-old’s name into the hat when talking about the best player he has played with, as he told Sky Sports.
“The best player I have played with is tough because I have played with so many great players,” said Cahill. “I think through just natural ability, then it has to be Eden Hazard.
“I think the days I was with him at Chelsea. He was unplayable at times.”

PREMIER LEAGUE RETURN FOR HAZARD?
With Unai Emery in the Aston Villa dugout, he will be looking towards the January transfer market in order to refresh his squad and bring in his own faces.
One area Villa will be targeting is bringing in another out-and-out winger to dance alongside the thriving star, Leon Bailey.
With Hazard’s career in Madrid up in the air, there is talk of him possibly returning to England, with Aston Villa keen to add him to their books.
Well, whilst that type of transfer would hit the headlines, those in B6 just need to look towards a certain Philippe Coutinho in order to say no to that possible transfer.
