Nottingham Forest beat Arsenal 4-2 at the City Ground in the FA Cup yesterday.
Gary Brazil has reflected upon Nottingham Forest’s win over Arsenal on social media website Twitter.
Brazil, who is currently in caretaker charge at Forest, managed the Reds to stunning FA Cup victory yesterday.
Forest picked up a 4-2 win over the current holders of the FA Cup, and they thoroughly deserved to progress to the next round.
And Brazil expressed his delight at the result publicly on social media yesterday evening.
Forest took the lead against Arsenal through Eric Lichaj, but they were quickly pegged back when Per Mertesacker tucked home close range.
Lichaj then scored again, before Ben Brereton made it three from the penalty spot.
Arsenal did fight back after that, with Danny Welbeck finding the back of the net, but it was to prove nothing more than a consolation, as Kieran Dowell added a fourth from 12 yards.
Forest will find out who they will take on in the fourth round of the competition when the draw is made this evening.
