Nottingham Forest youngster Arvin Appiah was in action for the England Under-18 side on Thursday.

Nottingham Forest Academy Manager Gary Brazil has praised Arvin Appiah on social networking site Twitter for his heroics for the England Under-18 side.
Appiah scored for the England Under-18 side against their Sweden counterparts at St George’s Park on Thursday evening.
The 17-year-old winger played well and helped the Young Lions to a comfortable 4-0 win.
Forest Academy Manager Brazil has spoken highly of the teenager on Twitter following his heroics for the England Under-18 side, and his comments will excite the City Ground faithful.

Future first-team chances
Appiah is only 17 years of age and is still developing as a footballer, and it could take a while for the teenager to break into the Forest first team.
The youngster, though, could catch the eye of Forest manager Aitor Karanka if he continues to shine for the England Under-18 side and does well for the Reds’ youth team.
Forest are aiming to finish in the top six of the Championship this season and stand a chance of winning promotion to the Premier League.
