Pundit expects Real Madrid and Barcelona to target Liverpool star.

Garth Crooks has told BBC Sport that he expects Real Madrid and Barcelona to target Liverpool’s Virgil van Dijk.
Van Dijk was outstanding for the Reds against Liverpool on Sunday and Crooks named him in his ‘Team of the Week’.
Liverpool are in the midst of a title race, just one point behind Manchester City with nine games remaining.
Crooks warns that if Liverpool fall short, Van Dijk could get swayed into leaving.
He said: “The problem for Liverpool is simply this; if they don’t win the title this season the chances are Real Madrid or Barcelona will come knocking – probably both.
“And few turn them down.”

Crooks probably underestimates Van Dijk’s loyalty to Liverpool and Jurgen Klopp.
The Reds signed Van Dijk for £75 million in January 2018.
If Liverpool did lose the Dutchman, Southampton fans would certainly have a few things to say.
