Wolves manager Nuno Santo tipped for Manchester United job by Garth Crooks.

Garth Crooks has told BBC Sport that he believes Wolves manager Nuno Santo must be considered by Manchester United.
United are looking to appoint a new permanent manager at the end of the season after firing Jose Mourinho. Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has been appointed as interim manager.
Tottenham manager Mauricio Pochettino has been strongly tipped to replace Mourinho, with The Times reporting the interest.
Former Spurs star Crooks believes Wolves boss Santo should be considered as an alternative.
He told BBC Sport: “Spurs fans would be incandescent with rage should Mauricio Pochettino become the latest manager to find residency at the Lowry Hotel. Yet the rumours of interest by United in the Argentine have been too intense to be total fantasy.
“I wouldn’t rule out Nuno Espirito Santo. The Wolverhampton Wanderers manager is the most exciting coach I have seen since Marco Silva burst onto the scene.”

Santo led Wolves to promotion in his first season in charge of the club and they currently sit 10th in the Premier League.
After United’s 5-1 victory under Solskjaer at the weekend, there is a chance the Norwegian can stake a claim for the job himself.
United fell to sixth in the table under Jose Mourinho before he was fired, the same position they finished in before he took over.
