West Ham United are struggling in the Premier League at the moment.

Former Tottenham Hotspur forward Garth Crooks has suggested on BBC Sport that Andy Carroll will be a key player for West Ham United.
Carroll is on the sidelines at the moment with a knee injury, and the Hammers are struggling.
The London outfit are third from bottom in the Premier League table at the moment with just four points from seven matches.
Former Tottenham and West Bromwich Albion forward Crooks has suggested that when Carroll is fit and gets a decent run of games, then West Ham’s results will improve.

“The problem with West Ham is that they can’t keep relying on Payet by waiting for a moment of inspiration or a wonder goal to pull them out of the mire,” Crooks wrote on BBC Sport.
“The Hammers may have the passion of Mark Noble and the commitment of Winston Reid but they need a genuine goalscorer to share the load with Payet if they intend to retain their status in the top flight.
“If Andy Carroll can stay fit for a decent run of games, that might do the trick.”

West Ham have been unlucky with injuries so far this season, and that has been a key reason behind their problems.
Carroll is an important player for Slaven Bilic’s team, and his recovery to full fitness is certainly going to be helpful.
The London outfit have looked decent going forward, but defensively they have been disappointing.
For West Ham to start getting results and rise up the table, they need to be solid at the back and not concede cheap goals.
The Hammers will take on Crystal Palace away from home at Selhurst Park in the Premier League after the international break.
