Leeds United are in the Championship at the moment, while Huddersfield Town are currently in the Premier League.

The former Tottenham Hotspur forward, who now works as a pundit for BBC Sport, made the comparison following Huddersfield’s win against Watford at the weekend.
The Terriers got the better of Watford 4-1 away from home at Vicarage Road in the Premier League last Saturday afternoon.
Crooks was impressed with the Huddersfield fans and compared them to supporters of another West Yorkshire club, Leeds.

Leeds have not featured in the Premier League since 2004, but their home matches at Elland Road are often packed.
The Whites are playing well in the Championship this season and are aiming to finish in the top six.
Meanwhile, Huddersfield won promotion from the Championship at the end of last season and are aiming to retain their Premier League status for the 2018-19 campaign.

The Huddersfield Daily Examiner quotes Crooks as saying about Huddersfield fans: “They remind me of Leeds United fans, similar sort. When they go away they really make their presence felt. For a player it’s magnificent.”
Huddersfield are 11th in the Premier League table at the moment, while Leeds are currently seventh in the Championship standings.
