Manchester United reportedly want Aaron Wan-Bissaka of Crystal Palace.

Garth Crooks has suggested on BBC Sport that Manchester United should make a move for Crystal Palace defender Aaron Wan-Bissaka.

The former Tottenham Hotspur forward made the suggestion while including Wan-Bissaka in his BBC Team of the Week.

The England Under-21 international played well for Palace in their 1-0 victory over Newcastle United away from home at St. James’ Park in the Premier League at the weekend.

The right-back was superb for the Eagles this past weekend, and once again showed why he is so highly rated.

According to WhoScored, against Newcastle, Wan-Bissaka had a pass accuracy of 75.8%, won three headers, and made two tackles, two interceptions and eight clearances.

So far this season, the youngster has made 30 appearances in the Premier League for Palace, providing two assists in the process, according to WhoScored.

Speculation

According to The Daily Mail, United are interested in signing Wan-Bissaka from Premier League rivals Palace in the summer transfer window.

It has been reported that the Red Devils’ manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is ready to make a £35 million bid for the young right-back – who earns £15,000 per week as salary, according to Spotrac.com.
