Rob Holding played well for Arsenal against Liverpool at the weekend.

Holding started for Arsenal in their Premier League game against Liverpool at the Emirates Stadium in North London on Saturday evening and played for the entire 90 minutes.
According to WhoScored, the 23-year-old central defender had a pass accuracy of 91.4%, won three headers, had 97 touches, and made four tackles, two interceptions and seven clearances.
Former Tottenham forward Crooks has included the former England Under-21 international – who earns £40,000 per week as salary, according to Spotrac.com – in his BBC Premier League Team of the Week and has spoken highly of the youngster – who joined Arsenal from Bolton Wanderers in the summer of 2016 for a transfer fee reported by BBC Sport to be worth £2 million.

Holding has played 501 minutes in the Premier League and 270 minutes in the Europa League for Arsenal so far this season, according to WhoScored.com.
Crooks wrote about Holding on BBC Sport: “In a team very different from the one Arsene Wenger tried to create prior to leaving Arsenal, there is a particular player who has surprised me a great deal.
“I’ve seen Rob Holding play for Arsenal but never better than when I saw him against Liverpool.
“In a white-hot atmosphere, the defender was cool on the ball and played with a confidence and assurance I hadn’t seen before.”
