Tottenham Hotspur midfielder gets criticised after incident against Southampton.

Southampton stunned Tottenham at the weekend by fighting back to win 2-1 at St Mary’s.
Pundit Garth Crooks named Southampton matchwinner James Ward-Prowse in his BBC Team of the Week after his spectacular goal.
Crooks had critical words for Tottenham midfielder Moussa Sissoko.
He pointed to an incident with Sissoko and Nathan Redmond and suggested Sissoko was fortunate not to have been sent off.
He added that he felt he should both apologise to and thank his opponent.

Crooks said: “I hope Moussa Sissoko has apologised to Nathan Redmond and said thank you to the Southampton forward for staying on his feet after Sissoko put his head in his face.
“Some players would have gone down and he’d be facing a ban.”
Tottenham can’t afford to be without Sissoko for their upcoming matches, facing Liverpool in their next Premier League game.
The gap between Tottenham and Arsenal in third and fourth is now just one point.
