Former Aston Villa player Adama Traore is now playing for Wolverhampton Wanderers.

BBC pundit Garry Thompson has claimed that Wolves fans are saying ‘exactly the same thing’ Aston Villa supporters were saying about Adama Traore a couple of years ago.
The former WBA & Villa striker also stated that the 23-year-old speedster lacks any ‘real football intelligence’ and that he will be the same player in ‘seven years time’.
“The Wolves fans are saying exactly the same as the Villa fans said a couple of years ago about him,” Thompson told BBC Radio WM. “I think Boro fans saw a different side to him because they were very, very defensive.
“I don’t think the kid has got any real football intelligence. I think he is going to be the same player in seven years time. People will be saying the same thing.”
In 2015, Villa snapped up the services of the then-teenager from La Liga giants Barcelona before their relegation to the Championship – he then joined Middlesbrough.
Nonetheless, in the summer Wolves met the £18 million release clause of the Boro player as Nuno Espirito Santo signed another up and coming talent to his Premier League squad, as reported by BBC Sport.
During his time at Villa Park, Traore showcased pace and power on the flanks, but he was accused of having no end product to his game.

Last season, he helped Tony Pulis’ side reach the playoff semi-final’s before the northeast outfit were knocked out by Villa – during that campaign, he scored five goals and supplied 10 assists in 34 league matches, according to transfermarkt.
But since his return to the top tier with Wolves, he has failed to register an assist in the Premier League and only has one goal to his name.
Overall, during his time in England’s top-flight, with both Villa and Wolves, he has found the back of the net on one occasion and supplied three assists in 57 league encounters.
