Leeds United are fourth in the Championship at the moment.
Garry Monk has told LUTV that it is too early for his Leeds United side to look at automatic promotion into the Premier League.
The in-form Whites travel to second-placed Brighton on Friday knowing that a victory would see them move within three points of the top two.
Leeds are fourth in the Championship at the moment and Monk will certainly hope that they will be in the mix for a playoff spot come the end of the season.

But it is very difficult to ignore their form, with the Elland Road club winning four of their last five league outings.
They could, in theory, set their sights higher than a top-six finish at the moment, but the former Swansea City manager is adamant that there’s a long way to go in the evolution of his troops.
Asked by LUTV if he’s looking at the top two, he said: “No I don’t look at that at all. I think it’s still very early in the development of this squad. They’re doing great and working very hard but it’s still very early in where this team needs to get to.”

The recurring theme of Monk’s Leeds career so far is an obvious refusal to get carried away with things; to the point where he rarely even singles out one player for praise after a victory for example.
And his methods are working. They won only one of their first six matches, but United have been one of the best sides in the Championship since that baptism of fire and the 38-year-old is very wise to continue what he’s doing.
