Leeds United and Newcastle United will face each other in the Championship on Sunday.

Leeds United head coach Garry Monk has told the club’s official website that Newcastle United being top of the Championship table should not surprise anyone.
Newcastle are at the top of the league table at the moment with 37 points from 16 matches.
Rafael Benitez’s side are two points clear of second-placed Brighton & Hove Albion and have a game in hand.
That match is against Leeds away from home at Elland Road on Sunday afternoon.
Leeds head coach Monk has praised the Magpies, and has said that they are where they are in the table because they deserve to be there.
“On paper this will be the toughest test of the season, they are top of the league, which means they have been the best team so far,” Monk told Leeds’s official website about Newcastle.
“They have high calibre players and a high calibre manager, they have the most expensive team in the league, so you would expect them to be where they are.”

Newcastle, who got relegated from the Premier League at the end of last season, have the strongest squad in the Championship.
The Magpies were quite busy in the summer transfer window, signing Dwight Gayle, Matt Ritchie and DeAndre Yedlin among others.
Rafael Benitez’s side will find it hard to win against Leeds at Elland Road, but Newcastle should be able to pick up a least a point from the encounter.
Leeds are going strong in the Championship at the moment and are in the running for the playoffs.
