Whites boss Garry Monk sat down for his pre-match press conference, and joked with reporters about the unpredictability of their kit choice being the most important part of his side’s pre-match preparation, as quoted by the club’s official website.
Leeds have far exceeded expectations so far this term, and currently sit in fourth position in the Championship table, with one eye still on a place inside the automatic promotion spots.
A win at Birmingham City could take the West Yorkshire outfit to within just seven points of second placed Brighton & Hove Albion.
And despite the pressure involved in trying to guide his side to the Premier League, Monk seemed at ease when speaking to reporters, jokingly responding to a question pertaining to the club’s recent diversification of kit combinations, as quoted by LeedsUnited.com:
“I just like it, the unpredictability of our kit is the most important part of our preparation. I haven’t decided which kit we will wear on Friday yet, I might surprise you all if it is such a topic of debate. Ultimately I will decide, but it isn’t anything of real importance, it is just how we feel.”

Leeds have been on an inconsistent run in the Championship over the past six weeks, but seem to be somewhat back to their best, after recording two wins and a draw from their last three outings.
And another three points at St Andrews tomorrow really will have their fans dreaming of a place inside the top two.
