Leeds United won against Barnsley in the Championship on Saturday.

Leeds United head coach Garry Monk has taken to social networking site Twitter to give his reaction to his side’s win against Barnsley on Saturday afternoon.
The West Yorkshire outfit returned to winning ways in the Championship with a 2-1 victory over Barnsley at Elland Road.
Kyle Bartley put the Whites in the lead in the 36th minute, and Pablo Hernandez doubled the home team’s advantage just nine minutes into the second half.
Barnsley halved the deficit in the 70th minute when Leeds defender Charlie Taylor turned Cole Kpekawa’s cross into his own net.

Monk has taken to Twitter to give his reaction to the Whites’ victory over Barnsley.
The former Swansea City manager has stated that Leeds deserved to win, and that he will use the upcoming international break to help his side improve.

Monk has suggested to The Yorkshire Evening Post that he is not happy with the timing of the international break.
The Leeds head coach, though, has outlined his plan to carry on working with the players he will have available during this period.
“It’s a shame the international break has come,” Monk told The Yorkshire Evening Post. “The last one we went in with a loss and felt it had come at the right time, but now we want the games to keep coming.
“It’s a bit disappointing in that sense but we’ll use that period again to improve the things we need to improve and try come out the other side like we did in this period.”
Leeds are 11th in the Championship table at the moment with 16 points from 11 matches, just four points behind sixth-placed Birmingham City.
