Leeds United striker Chris Wood has been linked with a move to Chinese club Tianjin Quanjian in the January transfer window.
Leeds United head coach Garry Monk has suggested to BBC Sport (19:58) that Chris Wood is not going to leave the club in the January transfer window.
According to a recent report in The Mirror, Chinese club Tianjin Quanjian are interested in signing Wood from Leeds this month.
Monk, though, has suggested that the New Zealand international striker is committed to the West Yorkshire outfit.

“Chris Wood in China?” Monk told BBC Sport (19:58). “I have no idea where that one’s come from. Speculation is speculation. Everyone who’s here is committed.”
Wood has been in great form for Leeds this season and has established himself as a key player in the current team.
The former West Bromwich Albion and Leicester City striker has scored 16 goals and created 23 chances in 26 Championship appearances for the Whites so far this campaign.

Leeds simply cannot afford to lose Wood in the middle of the season. The 25-year-old is scoring goals regularly, and the West Yorkshire outfit have to keep hold of him until the end of the season.
Monk’s side are aiming to finish in the top six of the Championship table this season, and Wood is a key player for them.
