Leeds United brought in both Alfonso Pedraza and Modou Barrow on loan in the January transfer window.

Garry Monk has told Radio Yorkshire that both Alfonso Pedraza and Modou Barrow will both be important to Leeds United between now and the end of the season.
Pedraza and Barrow were both bought to Leeds during the January transfer window, but they have found it difficult to break into Monk’s starting line-up so far.
However, the 37-year-old boss insists that he has been impressed by what he has seen from the pair.
“Both are doing brilliantly,” he insisted. “I said before the window we needed to add, and they have bought strength and options for us.
“Like all the players, they will be needed in the remaining games this season. They are training as hard as anyone else, and are showing they are as ready as anyone else. When they are called upon they will be able to show the quality that they have.”
Pedraza has made just two Championship appearances for Leeds so far, while Barrow has only featured three times.
The loan duo have failed to break into Leeds’ team ahead of the likes of Souleymane Doukara, Hadi Sacko and Stuart Dallas.
Part of the reason behind the January signings’ struggles has been because of Leeds’ excellent form.
Leeds have won four of their last seven Championship matches to continue their push for promotion.
The Whites are next in action on Friday evening, when they take on Birmingham City at St. Andrews.
