Leeds United head coach Garry Monk has named two players to The Yorkshire Evening Post that the youngsters in the squad will look up to.
Monk believes that the Leeds youngsters will look up to Robert Green and Pablo Hernandez this season.
Green is a 36-year-old goalkeeper who joined the Championship club in the summer transfer window after leaving Queens Park Rangers at the end of last season.
Hernandez, who is 31 years of age and can play as a winger or as an attacking midfielder, joined the West Yorkshire outfit on a six-month loan with a view to a permanent deal from Qatari side Al-Arabi this summer.

Monk believes that the duo will serve as role models for the Leeds youngsters this summer.
“That’s what the group was lacking,” Monk told The Yorkshire Evening Post. “It’s a young and talented squad but with a lack of leadership or experience throughout the group.
“The young players will look at those guys (Green and Hernandez), see they’ve played at a higher level, see how they conduct themselves and how they approach games. That was one of the areas I identified as needed improving.”

Leeds will kick off their 2016-17 Championship campaign with an away game against Queens Park Rangers this weekend.
The Whites will take on QPR away from home at Loftus Road in London on Sunday afternoon.
The former Premier League outfit will be aiming to finish in the top six of the Championship this season.
