Leeds United head coach Garry Monk recently praised Andrea Radrizzani.

Leeds United manager Garry Monk recently highlighted a positive point about Andrea Radrizzani.
Monk told The Yorkshire Evening Post that Leeds co-owner Radrizzani is a good communicator.
“There’s going to be good open dialogue,” the Englishman recently told The Yorkshire Evening Post regarding his future. “Mr Radrizzani’s good on communication and I’m looking forward to those chats.”

Monk’s future has yet to be clarified, and Leeds fans will hope that he remains in charge of the first team next season.
What should be very encouraging for the Elland Road faithful is that Radrizzani is a good communicator.
For a massive club like Leeds who have not featured in the Premier League since 2004 and who narrowly failed to finish in the Championship this season, it must be very positive to have someone in charge who communicates well.
For the Whites to progress as a club and as a team on the pitch, it is vital that there is a clear understanding between the manager and the owners.
Monk’s comments about Radrizzani suggests that when the duo discuss transfers and building the team for next season, there will no miscommunication whatsoever.
