Leeds United beat Brentford 1-0 in their most recent outing.
Garry Monk has told the Yorkshire Evening Post that he is pleased that his Leeds United side were not happy with their win over Brentford in their most recent outing.
Leeds beat the Bees 1-0 last weekend, thanks to a late goal from defender Kyle Bartley.
However, Monk has suggested that the mood in the Leeds’ dressing room after the match was not particularly joyous.

The Whites players all felt that they should have played better during the contest, and Monk is pleased to see such high standards being set.
“You could hear it in the changing room afterwards so that’s a good sign and all of those things are good signs – it’s the standards that we set and they are the ones that have to adhere to it but they are also the ones that have to set it,” he said.
“It’s good to hear them feeling like that and talking like that although three points and a clean sheet is obviously very satisfying as well.”
Leeds’ win over Brentford has further strengthened their position in the Championship play off places.

The Yorkshire side are currently in fifth place in the Championship table, after a wonderful run of form in recent months.
Leeds are next in action on Boxing Day when they take on Simon Grayson’s Preston North End side at Deepdale.
