Whites boss Monk is desperate to see his side continue their strong recent home form.

Leeds United manager Garry Monk has tweeted a message to the club’s supporters ahead of Saturday’s Yorkshire derby with Barnsley.
The Whites face the Tykes at Elland Road looking to get back on track after a 1-0 defeat at Bristol Ccity in midweek ended their four-game unbeaten run in all competitions.
It had been an underwhelming start to the season for Monk and his men until they appeared to hit their stride with consecutive Championship victories over Blackburn Rovers, Cardiff City, and Ipswich Town, and the EFL Cup triumph over Rovers.

Leeds have still not lost at home since slipping to a 1-0 reverse in their last Yorkshire derby against Huddersfield Town on 10 September, and Monk has called on his side to continue that encouraging form in front of their own fans.
He tweeted: “We’re competing in every game and want to keep up our strong home form to bounce back tomorrow.”
Leeds currently sit 14th in the Championship table with 13 points from 10 games, and could break into the top half with victory on Saturday.
They will be keen to return to winning ways before next week’s international break and ensure that the defeat to Bristol City was nothing more than a minor blip in an otherwise encouraging last three weeks.
