Some Tottenham Hotspur fans have responded to the club’s post on Twitter of a video of Gareth Bale in training.

On Monday, Spurs posted a video on Twitter of the Real Madrid-owned winger training.

Bale joined the North London club on loan from Spanish and European giants Madrid in the summer transfer window.

The 31-year-old had fitness issues and did not feature against Manchester United before the international break, but the Wales international seems ready now.

Spurs will take on West Ham United at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in the Premier League on Sunday.

With the Hammers heading into the game in good form, Jose Mourinho’s side will not find it easy to pick up all three points from the London derby.

However, if Bale is match fit and is able to even start on the substitutes’ bench, then it will be a massive boost for Spurs.

Below are some of the best comments from Spurs fans on the video of Bale training.

Meanwhile, Tottenham midfielder Moussa Sissoko has suggested that the signing of Matt Doherty will help right-back Serge Aurier get better.

Sissoko told Tottenham’s official website: “That’s Serge’s character and if you want to have the best of someone, you need to put a bit of pressure on him, and that’s what we have now, a strong squad.”
