Serge Aurier took his opportunity in the Tottenham against Inter Milan.

Serge Aurier completed 90 minutes in the defeat against Inter Milan on Tuesday evening – and some Tottenham fans on Twitter were blown away by the quality of his performance.
The 25-year-old defender came into the Spurs starting XI for the Champions League group stage match, with first-choice right-back Kieran Trippier left out of the squad.
Spurs opened their European campaign with a 2-1 defeat and Christian Eriksen had opened the scoring early in the second-half.
But Mauro Icardi netted a stunning volley for the Italian giants in the 85th minute to draw them level, before Matias Vecino headed a winner in stoppage time.
The North London club have now lost three consecutive games across all competitions and they travel to Brighton at the weekend in the Premier League to try address that slump.
Manager Mauricio Pochettino decided to rotate his side for the midweek game and Aurier was one of the fresh faces that made a positive impact before a late collapse.

Aurier proved he could be serious competition for Trippier in the full-back spot, as he looked solid in defence for the majority of the game and also pushed forward effectively.
There are still question marks over whether the Ivory Coast international is reliable, but a selection of supporters on social media suggested he had his best game in a Spurs shirt at the San Siro.
Here is some of the Spurs reaction to Aurier’s display despite a shock late defeat:
