Arsenal forward scored again in win over Vitoria.
Arsenal summer signing Gabriel Martinelli scored again as Arsenal beat Vitoria in the Europa League.
The Gunners needed two late free-kick goals from Nicolas Pepe to secure a 3-2 victory.
Martinelli scored from a Kieran Tierney assist as he continued his impressive start at Arsenal.
This was Martinelli’s fifth goal for the Gunners already. Considering not much was expected of him in his first season, his progress is a real bonus. He is easily on course to reach double figures.
The Brazilian sent a message after the game expressing his satisfaction, while noting how tough the game was.
Arsenal have now won all three of their Europa League group games and seem certain to reach the knockout stages.
Martinelli has three goals in two games in the competition and his performances are ensuring he will get plenty more chances to continue to show what he can do.
