Arsenal striker Gabriel Jesus has expressed his delight on Instagram to the win against Unai Emery’s Aston Villa, as Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City failed to pick up all three points on Saturday.

As you can see from the post below, Jesus just said “Yesss” with two emojis as Arsenal beat Aston Villa 4-2 at Villa Park in the Premier League today.

Jesus used a photo of his Arsenal teammates celebrating as well in Instagram story.

The Brazil international striker is on the sidelines at the moment due to injury.

Manchester City, who beat Arsenal in midweek, failed to win their league game against Nottingham Forest this afternoon.

The defending champions played out a 1-1 draw with Forest at the City Ground in the Premier League.

The results mean that Arsenal are now at the top of the Premier League table with 54 points from 23 matches.

City are second with 52 points from 24 games.

Exciting title race

Arsenal will be very pleased with how things have panned out today.

The Gunners needed two late goals to get the job done against Aston Villa.

Manchester City had a number of chances against Nottingham Forest and failed to take them.

And let us not forget that the Gunners have a game in hand as well.
