Aston Villa just about made it through to the play-off final yesterday, with Dean Smith’s side needing penalties to progress.
Gabriel Agbonlahor has labelled Jack Grealish as ‘Mr. Aston Villa’ on Instagram, after the playmaker helped Dean Smith’s side into the play-off final last night.
Villa made it past West Bromwich Albion on penalties at the Hawthorns last night.
Grealish was the star of the show again for Villa, as he dragged them forward in the contest.
The claret and blues were not at their best yesterday, and were beaten 1-0 by their local rivals, but Grealish was always an option.
The talented Englishman was constantly looking to receive the ball and make himself an option for his Villa teammates, as he took a great deal of responsibility on his shoulders.
Grealish also scored from the spot to help Villa in the shoot out.
And Agbonlahor could only praise Grealish, after the 23-year-old put up a celebratory message on Instagram.
Villa will now face either Leeds United or Derby County at Wembley later this month.
