Leeds United are reported to have held talks with the former Hull City striker.

The future of summer Leeds United target Abel Hernandez is now resolved after one final U-turn.
According to the Yorkshire Evening Post, Leeds held talks to sign the former Hull City striker earlier in the summer transfer window.
But the newspaper claims the Whites’ interest waned when Hernandez’s personal demands, including wages and additional fees, equated to more than £100,000-a-week.
For a while, it appeared as though Hernandez – who scored eight goals in 10 games for Hull last season – was likely to sign for CSKA Moscow instead – until Urugol reported on Tuesday that the Uruguayan had failed a medical in Russia.

But barely 24 hours later, the saga can finally be brought to rest, after CSKA confirmed the arrival of Hernandez on a three-year deal.
The news is unlikely to affect Leeds too badly, however, after the Whites spent around £7 million to prise Patrick Bamford from Middlesbrough on Tuesday.
