Leeds United’s Diego Llorente continues to quietly impress supporters of his new club.
Llorente joined Leeds in the summer, but he has made a slow start to life at Elland Road due to injury.
The central defender seemingly couldn’t make it through a game without picking up another fitness issue in his first few months at Leeds.
However, the Spaniard is now starting to show what he can do, after getting a run of appearances.
Leeds lost 2-0 last night, with Llorente not actually covering himself in glory for the second goal which West Ham scored.
But there was still plenty of positives to take from his performances, and Leeds fans were certainly very impressed by his display.
Llorente and Liam Cooper look almost certain to continue their partnership in Leeds’ next game, which comes against Chelsea on Saturday.
