Mauricio Pochettino’s Tottenham Hotspur and Manchester United reportedly want Ryan Sessegnon from Fulham in the summer transfer window.

It has been reported by the British tabloid that Fulham want to retain the services of Sessegnon and have placed a £100m price-tag on the 17-year-old, who can operate as a left-winger or as a left-back.

Sessegnon is one of the best young players in Europe, and the 17-year-old has improved well over the past two or so seasons.
However, it is hard to see Tottenham cough up £100m for the Fulham youngster – or any other player for that matter.
Spurs do not tend to pay a lot of money for players, and the North London outfit’s chairman Daniel Levy is unlikely to make a 17-year-old the club’s most expensive footballer.
According to a report in The Telegraph in August 2017, Tottenham had a bid of £25m for Sessegnon turned down by Fulham.

Worth £100m?
Moreover, it is hard to justify paying £100m for an 17-year-old who has been playing in the second tier of English football.
As good as Sessegnon is and the undoubted quality he possesses, the Fulham youngster is not worth £100m – not yet anyway.
