Fulham striker Moussa Dembele has caught the attention of many clubs.

Fulham defender Jack Grimmer has told The Scottish Sun that he and his team-mates all thought that Moussa Dembele’s move to Tottenham was a done deal in January.
Dembele, 19, joined Fulham from Paris Saint-Germain in his native France back in 2012, and he’s since become one of the Cottagers’ most important players.

The teenage striker hit 17 goals in all competitions last season, becoming one of the Championship’s most dangerous strikers alongside team-mate Ross McCormack.
Dembele has unsurprisingly attracted major interest, with his contract at Craven Cottage set to expire in a matter of days, and the Daily Mail report that Celtic are keen to take the Frenchman up to Glasgow this summer.

However, Dembele almost wasn’t in this situation at all. As reported by the London Evening Standard, Dembele was on the verge of a move to Tottenham during the January transfer window, as Mauricio Pochettino had identified him as a player to take some pressure off Harry Kane.
Despite agreeing personal terms and undergoing a medical, Dembele’s move fell through, as Fulham pulled the plug on the deal when Spurs wouldn’t loan him back for the rest of the season.

Now, with a real race on for Dembele’s signature, his Fulham team-mate Jack Grimmer has been discussing the striker’s future, and suggested that the player is ‘very, very good’ – as he proved last season.
Grimmer added to The Scottish Sun that he and his team-mates all thought that Dembele’s move to Tottenham ‘was a done deal’, and suggested that the player could fancy a move back to Paris Saint-Germain having been born in the French capital.
“Moussa is very, very good and he’s always been talked about since he made a name for himself with the Under-18s onwards,” said Grimmer. “We all thought Tottenham was a done deal for him at one stage until Fulham backed out, then there’s been talk about PSG. As a Parisian, I’m sure that appeals to him,” he added.
