Tottenham too will have their attentions elsewhere before the fixture comes around, with Pochettino’s side attempting to keep the pressure on runaway league leaders Chelsea.
The cup game will be held on the weekend of February 18, sandwiched in between Tottenham’s Europa League clashes with Belgian side Gent, after the away leg.
That will present a challenge in itself in terms of team selection and Pochettino may have to work out which competition he elects to prioritise.
