Celtic boss Brendan Rodgers is still yet to make a defensive addition so far in the January transfer window.

Celtic fans have been left frustrated by Brendan Rodgers’ comments about his transfer plans at his latest press conference.
Celtic have already brought in two new players so far this month, with Vakoun Issouf Bayo’s move set to go through soon too.
But Bhoys supporters are not entirely satisfied that their squad is strong enough yet.
Celtic are still thought to be chasing defensive additions, to improve their backline from now until the end of the season.
But Rodgers’ comments about new signings have a similar feel to them.
“We know we have areas we want to improve on… If we’re going to bring in players, they have to be of real quality,” he said, as covered by the club’s official Twitter account.
And Celtic fans are not convinced that Rodgers will bring in more new players in the coming weeks.
Rodgers has made no secret of his desire to bring in new players at Celtic, but he has not always had the funds required to do so.
Rodgers’ transfer record at Celtic is rather hit and miss, with some new additions being great successes and others making little impact.
Celtic are currently locked in a battle with Rangers for the Scottish Premiership, and getting their business right this month could be crucial in the battle to lift the league title in May.
