West Ham United striker Andy Carroll has told The Mirror that he thinks the club’s fans need to stay until the very end of matches.
The Hammers endured another nightmare evening at the London Stadium on Saturday, as they were beaten 4-1 by Liverpool, who had two Mohamed Salah goals to thank for their win.
West Ham’s latest terrible performance has cost Slaven Bilic his job, with the Croatian sacked on Monday afternoon after more than two years in the West Ham hot seat.

The Hammers haven’t wasted any time in bringing in a replacement, as they today appointed David Moyes on a deal until the end of the season, and he will now have the international break to work with his new side.
Moyes faces a challenge turning around West Ham’s fortunes, but he will also be hoping to turn around the atmosphere at the London Stadium.
Ever since leaving Upton Park for their new home, there has been a cloud hanging over West Ham, as supporters are taking a while to settle into their new surroundings.
A common theme at the London Stadium has been for fans to leave games early if West Ham are losing, and empty seats were again seen during Saturday’s defeat to Liverpool.

Now, striker Andy Carroll has told The Mirror that he wants fans to stay until the very end, as some fans missed the comeback win against Tottenham earlier this month having been 2-0 down, with Carroll seemingly frustrated at Hammers fans right now.
“They really should be staying,” said Carroll. “They should be staying until the end. You never know what’s going to happen. They walked out at half time against Tottenham when we were getting beat 2-0 and we turned it round.”
“Palace fans last week. Look what happened in the 97th minute. Fans should stay until the end, regardless of the team,” he added.
