It is no secret Tottenham Hotspur are among a host of top clubs interested in young Fulham star Ryan Sessegnon.

Tottenham boss Mauricio Pochettino has made the flying 17-year-old his prime target this summer with The Mirror claiming the player preferred Spurs over a host of other top clubs including Manchester United and Liverpool.
Fulham are believed to value their prize asset at a cool £50 million but Spurs are looking to continue to build a side capable of challenging for titles in the coming years.
Tottenham’s interest in Sessegnon looked under threat last month with reports in Espoirs du Foot claiming superclub Paris Saint Germain had held multiple meetings with the representatives of Sessegnon.

Many saw that as the death knell for Spurs’ hopes of signing the Championship Player of the Year.
Paris United reports: “If the deal does not come off, the outlet claims that it will be because Fulham have won Premier League status for next season.

“The outlet that broke Neymar and Mbappe to PSG first claims that Fulham’s possible promotion to the Premier League will only delay the deal by 12 months.”
Sessegnon has 15 goals for Fulham this season from his deep lying role and a number of assists.
He would certainly be an upgrade on Ben Davies while Danny Rose’s long-term Tottenham future remains uncertain.
