According to Soccerlink, reported Celtic and Rangers target Renato Tapia is in advanced talks over a move to La Liga club Celta Vigo.
The Peru international is out of contract this summer and set to leave Feyenoord.
In January, both Celtic and Rangers were linked with the midfielder (Voetbal International).

The Dutch editorial claimed the Scottish Premiership duo were eyeing a potential deal for Tapia as Feyenoord were open to a January sale.
The former Twente ace, however, remained in Rotterdam where he will leave this summer after making just a handful of Eredivisie starts this term.
Rangers have been linked with several midfielders of late. Goal claim the Gers want Liverpool’s Pedro Chirivella, while The Scottish Sun say that Steven Gerrard is keen on Aberdeen’s Lewis Ferguson.
But Tapia could arguably be a better option for the Ibrox club.
The 24-year-old is young, has international experience and best of all is free. Predominantly a holding player, he is energetic, strong in the tackle and physically strong.
Celtic, meanwhile, could be seeking a long-term replacement for the ageing Scott Brown while Tapia can also play deeper, offering versatility.
The Bhoys will surely face a sterner challenge of their title next season and must look to strengthen in key areas at Celtic Park this summer.
The Glasgow duo should be looking at him again. However, if the latest reports are true, they would face a fight for his signature from Celta Vigo.
