Celtic defender Kieran Tierney is attracting Premier League interest.

Former Celtic striker Frank McGarvey has told the Glasgow Evening Times that he thinks Kieran Tierney should be a target for Manchester City or Tottenham Hotspur.
Tierney, 20, has come up through the ranks with his boyhood club having joined the Celtic ranks way back in 2005, eventually becoming a first-team star.
The Scotland international, who was born in the Isle of Man, has already racked up 120 appearances for Celtic in all competitions whilst winning a domestic treble last season.

Left back Tierney, who can also play at centre back, has starred for Celtic but has already won everything there is to win in Scotland, and may head to the Premier League in search of more success.
The Daily Record report that Manchester United have set their sights on Tierney, and could launch a bid this summer worth more than £20million in an attempt to win the race for his signature.
Other Premier League clubs are bound to be keen on securing Tierney’s signature, and former Bhoys striker Frank McGarvey has now offered advice to the youngster.

McGarvey has told the Glasgow Evening Times that he thinks Tierney should be holding out for a move to either Manchester City or Tottenham Hotspur, as they play the style of football Tierney should thrive in.
McGarvey feels that Tierney could play immediately for Spurs rather than sit on the sidelines elsewhere, but noted that the decision is ultimately up to the defender himself.
“Right now he is the best left-back in Britain, bar none,” said McGarvey. “To me a club like Manchester City who look like they could win something in Europe and who play in a style that suit Tierney would be an ideal club for him. Tottenham, too. They play an attacking style of play and we have seen them get better and better of late. To me that is the kind of team where he would slot right in but ultimately it is up to the boy himself,” he added.
