Reported Celtic target David Turnbull is claimed to be on his way to Norwich City.

According to The Scottish Sun, Turnbull is set to join Norwich City in the Premier League in England after Celtic decided to pull the plug the deal despite having a £3 million bid accepted by Motherwell.
The Hoops and Turnbull’s agent, though, failed to come to an agreement over wages.
Former Celtic striker McAvennie has suggested that he is disappointed that the 19-year-old midfielder will not be making the switch to the Hoops.
McAvennie told The Scottish Sun about Turnbull: “I was hoping they would get Turnbull because I think he will be a superstar one day. He was deservedly named Young Player of the Year.
“He would have brought an energy that Celtic have missed at times, not least when Ryan Christie wasn’t playing.”

Big mistake?
While it is commendable that Celtic are standing firm on their stance, there is no doubt that Turnbull would be a brilliant signing for the Hoops.
The Motherwell midfielder is dynamic and young, and the Scotland Under-21 international also scores goals from midfield.
A potential move to Norwich in the English top flight underlines just how good Turnbull is, and just how highly rated the 19-year-old is.
