The Scotland international striker for the Hoops in the 27th minute to help Brendan Rodgers’s side to a 3-0 win.
It was the 28-year-old striker’s 100th goal for the Glasgow giants, and former Celtic striker McAvennie has sent a message to the ex-Wolverhampton Wanderers man – who earns £18,000 per week as salary, according to The Daily Star.

Griffiths is one of the best strikers in the Scottish Premiership and is a key figure in the current Celtic team.
The Scotland international has had issues with injuries in recent times, but now that the striker is fully fit, he will be determined to play week in and week out for the defending Scottish Premiership champions.
