Frank McAvennie has strongly criticised West Bromwich Albion-owned Celtic winger Oliver Burke on Twitter for his performance against Rangers at Ibrox.

Burke, on loan from West Brom in the Championship in England, was in action for Celtic in their Old Firm derby against Rangers at Ibrox on Sunday afternoon.

The 22-year-old winger started the match and played for the entire 90 minutes, as Steven Gerrard’s side won 2-0.

The former Nottingham Forest ace did not have a good game and struggled to make a huge impact.

Former Celtic striker McAvennie was following the match, and he was not impressed with the performance of Neil Lennon’s team, and he has also strongly criticised Burke.
