Mousa Dembele played well for Tottenham Hotspur against Bournemouth in the Premier League on Saturday.
Tottenham Hotspur kept up their pressure on Chelsea at the top of the Premier League table on Saturday afternoon.
The North London outfit got the better of Bournemouth 4-0 at White Hart Lane, thanks to goals from Mousa Dembele, Son Heung-min, Harry Kane and Vincent Janssen.
Chelsea legend Frank Lampard was following the match, and he was impressed with the performance of Spurs midfielder Dembele.
“He was very impressive and I think maybe the reason he doesn’t get the analysis is because he does his job pretty well and quietly effective,” Lampard told BBC Sport about Dembele.
“I think you’re seeing him now doing everything he can and he was very impressive today.”
Dembele is a very good midfielder and is a key player in the current Tottenham team. The 29-year-old has scored one goal and created 22 chances in 24 Premier League appearances for Spurs so far this season.
The Belgium international is an underrated player and does not always get the headlines like Harry Kane and Dele Alli do.
Tottenham are second in the Premier League table at the moment with 71 points from 32 matches.
Spurs are four points behind leaders and London rivals Chelsea, who have a game in hand.
