After a great start to managerial life at West Brom, Ben Foster hopes Darren Moore gets the job on a permanent basis.

Ben Foster has backed Darren Moore to get the West Bromwich Albion manager’s job on a permanent basis after a successful stint as caretaker.
The Baggies delayed what seems to be their inevitable relegation from the Premier League at the weekend by securing a 1-0 victory at Newcastle United.

West Brom are now undefeated in four since Moore was given the role following the sacking of Alan Pardew on April 2, also beating Manchester United away and drawing at home to Swansea City and Liverpool.
That means that the bottom side in England’s top flight have secured eight points since the 44-year-old took over – as many as they managed in 18 games under Pardew.
Now Foster hopes that Moore is named boss going forwards as the West Midlands side look ahead to a likely season in the Championship in 2018/19.

“The results speak for themselves,” Foster told the Telegraph.
“We were in such a rut a few weeks ago that everything seemed inevitable but now we’ve got a real sense of belief back amongst ourselves.
“I would like him [Moore] to get the job, to be honest. He’s been absolutely top class and all the players would say exactly the same thing. He’s just a real good guy and you just want to work for him and do the best you can for him.”
Moore is now the bookies favourite to become West Brom’s next permanent manager according to Sky Bet, who have him ahead of Brentford’s Dean Smith and Bristol City’s Lee Johnson.
