Former Wolves man Andy Thompson believes Nuno Santo needs goals all over his side this season.
That is because Diogo Jota has left the club, along with Matt Doherty who chipped in as well.
He says Adama Traore needs to target ten goals this season and wants more strikes from midfield too.
Wolves have only one Premier League win so far this season, and were thumped 4-0 by West Ham on Sunday night.
“You’ve got to contribute from all over the pitch. People are going to have to step up and add to the goal tally,” said Thompson, who made 451 Old Gold appearances.
“You’re hoping Podence is going to add more, that Traore’s going to add more as well as Neto. There was 23 goals between Jota and Doherty last season, so that’s a big amount of goals to lose and we’re not a prolific side.
“The goals have got to come from somewhere else if we’re going to win more games. We need to help Jimenez up front.
“Traore has got to be looking at double figures or close to it this year. What I would like to see is the central midfielders to come up with a few more goals as well.”

Nuno Espirito Santo has clearly tried to evolve the squad at Wolves this season.
He’s sold two players who have been key since the Championship days in Doherty and Jota.
But every team needs to keep freshening up or they go stale – the challenge for Santo is to make this Wolves 2.0 as successful as the first.
That likely means a more proactive, attacking outlook and certainly means sharing the goals around the side more.
An injury to Jimenez would really leave Wolves bereft of goal threat right now, although record signing Fabio Silva will hope to start chipping in soon.
