Wolverhampton Wanderers have enjoyed a magnificent campaign in the Championship this season.

Former Wolves boss Kenny Jackett sent words of congratulations to Nuno Espirito Santo’s side last night, following their promotion back to the Premier League, predicting that they are capable of finishing inside the top 10 next season, as quoted by the Express & Star.
The Black Country outfit have been quite simply sensational this season right from the very start, and they need just one more point from their final game against Sunderland next weekend in order to eclipse the 100 point mark.

Nuno has worked wonders since taking over at Molineux in the summer of 2017, what with his excellent player recruitment, and the manner in which he has managed to improve the crop of players who were already at the club.
Jackett, who was in charge of Wolves for three years between 2013-2016, explained why he believes that his former side can enjoy a successful campaign in the top flight next season, as quoted by the Express & Star:

“I am delighted for Wolves, several messages were sent and returned, congratulations to them. It’s a massive club and the way the owners have come in and backed it means it looks like it could keep going as well. It has potential to be in the top 10 of the Premier League if they get it right, which they’ll be working really hard to achieve next season, I’m sure. They’ll take some stopping.”
The Black Country outfit will surely spend heavily during this summer’s transfer window, and there is a genuine feeling emanating from Molineux that they are on the cusp of achieving something very special.
These must be exciting times to be a Wolves fan.
