Tottenham Hotspur picked up a comfortable 5-0 win in the Premier League this afternoon, defeating Swansea City comfortably.
It was a performance that warranted such a scoreline and, in all honesty, it could have been more.

Spurs were dominant throughout with two goals apiece for Harry Kane and Christian Eriksen helping them on their way to victory.
But the pick of the bunch for Spurs might have been their second goal, scored by Heung-min Son.
The South Korean scored a fantastic goal, that caught the attention of a former Spurs player.
Clive Allen spent four years as a Tottenham player, scoring plenty of goals during his time at White Hart Lane.
He even went on to coach at the club, twice taking over as caretaker manager.

He was speaking on BBC Radio 5 Live when he had this to say about Son’s goal:
“The finish was unbelievable from Son. Swivelling, on the volley, what a magnificent volley from Son to blast it into the top corner.
“They were maybe a little lucky with the penalty but the second goal was spectacular from Son Hueng-min. There’s been a distinct lack of opportunity for Swansea.”

He also had plenty to say about Spurs’ overall performance – suggesting that they might have made it to double figures in this fixture:
“This could have been double figures with the chances Spurs have created in the second half.
“That goal was too easy, Sissoko wasn’t tracked and he had time to control it and roll it into Eriksen’s path.”
Tottenham’s win was a welcome relief after a tough defeat to Chelsea last weekend and it takes them to within just three points of Manchester City in fourth.
