The former Arsenal star believes that his ex-Gunners teammate Edu, who now works as the technical director at the North London outfit, will keep hold of the Scotland international left-back.
According to a recent report in 90min, Arsenal are ready to sell Tierney at less than the £25 million they paid for him to Celtic last summer, with Leicester City confident of clinching the transfer of the 22-year-old for £18 million.
Parlour said on talkSPORT, as transcribed by The Scottish Sun: “He is going to be playing Champions League football with Leicester next season if he moves. But I would be amazed if they let him go.”
The former Arsenal star added: “I don’t know what kind of state the financial side of things is at Arsenal, what is happening with Aubameyang.
“But Edu [sporting director] has got a really important job behind the scenes, he is saying we need four players in but we might need to sell four players.
“Whether Tierney is one of those players …. but I would be amazed. Once he is fit again you have to have a look at him.”

Arsenal stay
Tierney joined Arsenal only last summer, and his debut season in the Premier League has been severely affected by injury and fitness issues.
Bukayo Saka has been superb at left-back this season, but he is better as a winger, and Tierney is one of the best young left-backs in Europe.
Arsenal should give the former Celtic star at least one more season, as he should be given the chance to show what he can do when he is not injured and is fully fit.
