Glasgow Rangers have fired Pedro Caixinha after his spell at Ibrox turned sour.

Former Rangers loanee Vladimir Weiss has criticised the club’s decision to sack manager Pedro Caixinha.
The Rangers board terminated Caixinha’s spell in charge at Ibrox after just half a year in charge, with the Gers struggling on the pitch and lurching from one row to another behind the scenes.

Weiss played under Caixinha in Qatar, and believed the Portuguese boss could have turned their fortunes around if he was given enough time.
Slovakia international winger Weiss commented on social media after Caixinha’s sacking was confirmed.
As a former player under Caixinha, Weiss clearly has big belief in his ex-boss.
It does not really seem though as if all the Rangers players who played under him at Ibrox possessed the same faith.
Rangers are fourth in the Scottish Premiership table, having dropped eight points behind already to Brendan Rodgers’ unbeaten Celtic.
